Blade Electron firsts …

In 2007 it pioneered the use of Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries and AC induction drive systems in Australia.

In 2008 it became Australia’s first commercially available Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV).

In 2009 the design was successfully crash tested.

In 2010 the design was granted a license for unlimited production. A testament to the quality of the engineering.

In 2011 it became Australia’s first Vehicle to Grid (V2G) capable electric vehicle.
